Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Planning, the incumbent's primary responsibility will be to plan production activities for the plants under their responsibility in order to optimize operational efficiency while respecting constraints related to production runs, sanitation schedules, raw material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce availability. Key Responsibilities Plan all manufacturing activities to achieve established production targets; Analyze and manage production scheduling priorities; Develop and implement programs to ensure the efficient use of raw materials, labor, and equipment; Ensure adherence to the production schedule and make necessary adjustments as required; Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments; Actively participate in projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management, or other related field; Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in production planning; Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. This position requires regular communication with English-speaking clients and/or suppliers, as well as ongoing collaboration with our facilities in the United States and Ontario; Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset; Excellent communication skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment where decisions must be made quickly while ensuring alignment among multiple stakeholders; Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands; Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
