Position Summary Reporting to the Quality Director, you will ensure food processing control regarding hygiene, sanitation, and product conformity. You will support operations, perform analyses on finished products and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This a temporary role lasting approximately until February 2028 to cover a parental leave. Responsibilities You will contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions: Ensuring product quality monitoring through verification rounds, while supporting and coaching teams in the field. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards on production lines. Supporting production in resolving quality issues. Investigating internal and external complaints. Participating in improvement projects and new product development in collaboration with the Process and R&D team. Writing and following up on non‑conformity reports. Monitoring product shelf life and aged ingredients. Assisting with physicochemical analyses. Performing microbiological sampling. Calibrating and maintaining measurement equipment. Requirements We are looking for someone who can: Hold a college diploma in Dietetics or Food Process / Quality Technology Bring relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment Demonstrate strong English communication skills Show rigor, good judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility Display strong interpersonal communication skills Salary Starting wage of 25.41/hour, increasing up to $35.54/hour depending on experience.
