Watch Ledcor’s Innovation, Culture and Community video to see what it’s like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the true blue team - watch here Essential Responsibilities: Execute shutdown and turnaround rigging scopes Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Journeyperson and Apprentice Ironworkers Forecast, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance requirements Ensure the safety of the crew, equipment, and work environment Adapting to changing priorities in a time-sensitive environment Daily paperwork and conduct daily toolbox talks Maintain high productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed timelines Maintain and update maintenance schedules, tracking systems, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective planning Coordinate and communicates with the other Foreman and Supervision to ensure the correct sequencing of operations Trains, supports, and offers guidance to new employees Inspects work fronts regularly and ensures schedules are followed Qualifications: Registered Journeyperson Ironworker certification 3-5 years previous experience in a foreman role Proven experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments Experience working on time-sensitive, schedule-driven projects with shifting priorities Ability to work 10–12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance Working Conditions: Travel provided Various shifts available Work in all weather conditions Weekly payment of wages Extended health benefits provided by CLAC Camp provided Additional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining. The Ironworker Foreman is responsible for executing shutdown and turnaround rigging scopes while providing daily leadership and support to the crew. They must ensure safety, maintain productivity, and coordinate operational sequencing in a time-sensitive industrial environment.

Candidates must hold a registered Journeyperson Ironworker certification and possess 3-5 years of experience in a foreman role. Proven experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance within heavy industrial or oil and gas environments is required.
