The Travel Counsellor is responsible for selling travel products and destinations while providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. They will also prepare and process travel itineraries using automated templates.

Candidates need at least two years of sales or customer service experience and one year of experience as a travel counsellor. Personal travel experience and computer proficiency are also required.
