Live the LB difference! The Account Manager plays a pivotal role on the Client Services team. They will be responsible for the progress of digital, print, television or radio advertising projects entrusted to them. In direct contact with clients, they support the Account Supervisor or Account Director by proposing effective communication strategies for the success of the health product brands under their responsibility. Skills Full command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to communicate with clients in a proactive, collaborative, and professional manner Autonomous and methodical multitask management Team player and attention to detail Requirements Bachelor of Communications or Marketing or Bachelor of Science, with a certificate in Marketing 2–3years’ experience in an advertising agency Experience working on both prescription (HCP) and consumer (DTC) brands, including digital, TV, and radio campaign management General interest in science Intermediate to advanced French: provide written and verbal follow-ups to French-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis Intermediate to advanced English: provide written and verbal follow-ups to English-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis Main responsibilities Client management Meet with clients to receive briefings Ensure the efficient and personalized follow-up of client projects Create budget estimates Explain and confirm proposed concept modifications or changes with the client Internal management Prepare internal content briefings for the creative team Participate in the strategic planning of brands under their responsibility Submit projects to regulatory agencies for approval Supervise content development and ensure corrections have been applied Ensure that deadlines are met throughout the implementation phases of the various projects Supervise the work of coordinators and help establish their priorities For the Lemieux-being of our employees Group insurance coverage (50% of premiums are employer-paid) with free access to telemedicine Flexible 37.5-hour work week in a hybrid formula Attractive vacation time, welcome days, work-life balance days, and more Summer schedule to enjoy Friday afternoons off (4 months) Possibility of working abroad for a period of 1 month Training program and personalized professional happiness meetings Year-round wow activities (yoga sessions, beer tasting, bowling, summer/Christmas parties, etc.) A dynamic team of 120+ employees across Canada with offices in Sherbrooke and Montréal A socially responsible company involved in its community and a respectful workplace that promotes inclusion, diversity, and individual well-being

Requirements
