The snow removal foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating field operations to ensure efficient and safe service delivery. They also manage equipment maintenance, inventory of abrasives, and maintain close communication with clients and internal teams. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of snow removal equipment and mechanical operations. A valid Class 3 driver's license or higher is required, along with knowledge of MTQ standards.
