Other Requirements Must be bilingual (French and English) Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Testing Required Knowledge of Google Suite Knowledge of Jade Tosca would be an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and initiative Ability to work in a team environment and be able to work at times autonomously Must have a receptive and friendly attitude Must be able to work with and accommodate direct requests from adult students Nature Of The Work The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in performing a variety of administrative duties according to established instructions, methods or procedures and requiring routine decisions relevant to administrative tasks as determined by the administration. Daily Tasks/Dossiers Responsible for entering student data (Jade Tosca) Responsible for maintaining accurate and updated student files Must respond to student inquiries both by phone and in person Must provide support to administration and teachers including exam requests, scheduling of exams etc. Must take part in the registration process including data entry of student schedules Must be willing to work flex hours such as evenings and summer periods Must have the ability and disposition to deal with the public Perform any other related duties, such as reception, exam invigilation etc.

Requirements
