PACC - VOCATIONAL CENTRE Director: Marilyn Aon Qualifications Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies in a specialty appropriate for the class of employment, a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority and have two (2) years of pertinent experience. Other Requirements Must be fluent in French and English. Working knowledge of Chef Tec software would be an asset. Knowledge of CSST/MAAPAQ food approved safety standards and protocols would be an asset. Knowledge of Outlook email and Google platform. Must be able to move/lift heavy loads. Strong understanding of quotations, purchase orders, and packing slips. Must wear uniform and wear approved safety shoes. Nature Of The Work The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in being responsible for a store or warehouse and in performing various tasks related to its operation. If necessary, the employee must, in addition, perform the characteristic functions of the class of employment of class I storekeeper. Daily Tasks/ Dossiers preparing trolleys for teachers & serving the clients in the boutique. Using a cash register and counting total daily sales and responsible for storing it in the safe. Fill and refill: - Display shelves, refrigerated display counter; etc; Keep packaging inventory ready to use: - Bread Bags, cake boxes, poly bas Ensures that the store is kept tidy: Dry good shelves, remove shelves from refrigerator display counter. Keep display windows clean - to be cleaned daily Presentation & Labels: - make sure products are labelled properly, selling goods are well displayed. Closing: Balance your cash, window curtains are down. Responsible for receiving deliveries to the store and ensuring the correct channels are informed and that stock is organized and stored correctly. Maintenance of fridge and freezer cleanliness. Serve the Customers in a professional manner. Washing j cloths – laundry
