Job summary
LeverageTek is actively seeking an Integration Operations Senior Software Engineer for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work fully remotely. There is no on-site requirement and no travel associated with this engagement. Key Tasks Perform hands-on maintenance, enhancements, and improvements to enterprise integration platforms Provide production and operational support for integration platforms, services, and APIs Monitor and help ensure the security, performance, availability, and reliability of integration services Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical support issues Support solution lifecycle management, including identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization Advise technical teams and stakeholders on the optimal use of integration platforms Contribute to enhancing the capabilities, stability, and performance of the integration environment Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and other technical teams to resolve integration and production issues Apply strong operational and engineering practices to maintain reliable enterprise services Key Qualifications Senior-level hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based integration technologies Proven experience with Microsoft BizTalk Strong .NET development and support experience with a demonstrated production and operational support background Qualifications Experience working with APIs and enterprise integration solutions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues Experience supporting systems with high requirements for availability, performance, and security Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Reliability Status held or clear eligibility to obtain prior to contract start Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
