LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Hybrid 2x week onsite - Work locations include Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary. Key Tasks Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development teams Review solution designs, technical approaches, and development practices Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technical and development standards Support architecture alignment and platform governance activities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applications Support and enhance the IRM space, as well as BCM, Legal Service Delivery, custom scoped applications, and Release Ops Design, implement, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites Champion automated testing practices across development teams and integrate ATF into release and deployment processes Support quality assurance and defect management activities Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integration patterns Provide advanced troubleshooting and support Collaborate with security, architecture, integration, and platform teams on complex technical issues Key Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a minimum of 2+ years supporting Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Strong ServiceNow development proficiency including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and providing technical leadership and code reviews Qualifications Experience supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), custom ServiceNow applications, and/or Release Ops Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM ServiceNow Micro-Certifications related to ATF, Platform Development, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHub French and English bilingualism Reliability Status security clearance (must be in place prior to contract start date) Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy. Requirements

Requires 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years supporting IRM, with proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder. Candidates should have ATF development experience and technical leadership skills; relevant ServiceNow certifications, experience with BCM or Legal Service Delivery, bilingual English and French ability, and an active Reliability Status clearance are also specified.
