Responsibilities also include defining and delivering change management plans, preparing decision-support documents for governance, and ensuring regular progress follow-up. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years in change management demonstrating familiarity with best practices. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and advanced English are required.
