Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems; Ensure data integrity/security/privacy and participate in regular system maintenance tasks, including upgrades and patches; Help troubleshoot development, configuration, and performance-related issues within ServiceNow; Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, implementation plans, and user guides; Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders; Design dashboards and reports; Assist with user training as needed. Qualifications and Experience College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Three to five years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow; Possession of ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); Technical experience with the platform, including participation in upgrades and patching; Experience in deploying the platform (new installations); Expertise in various ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), GRC, SecOPS, IRM, CSM; Comfortable working with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies, DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration / Delivery / Deployment (CI/CD); Proficiency in English, French is a plus; Active Secret clearance requested. Compensation (Ontario) The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate. Estimated salary range: $85,000 to $120,000 per year. This posting is a current hiring need.
