The Senior UX Researcher will conduct user research activities including usability testing, interviews, and surveys to support discovery and evaluation. They will also communicate research insights through reports and presentations while contributing to design system specifications and the research repository. Candidates must have over ten years of experience as a UX Researcher and hold a post-secondary degree. Proficiency in research methodologies, accessibility testing, and experience with Agile environments are required, along with the ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance.
