We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Winnipeg team. Provide exceptional service to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels Process customer orders, quotations, product inquiries, returns, credits, and account updates accurately and efficiently Track orders and shipments, providing proactive updates and resolutions when required Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring timely follow-up Support our inbound call queue and help achieve service level objectives Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes Identify opportunities to support sales growth by uncovering customer needs and referring opportunities to the appropriate team members Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems Assist with reception, switchboard, mailroom, and other branch administrative duties as required Stay informed on Levitt-Safety products, services, and solutions to confidently support customer inquiries What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, administrative, inside sales, or office support experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is considered an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Professional phone manner and customer-focused approach Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Experience in industrial, safety, distribution, service, or B2B environments is an asset Why Join Levitt-Safety? What you’ll do
