Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UI UX Designer at Lexiaa. The UI UX Designer will be responsible for researching user needs, mapping user journeys, and designing intuitive interfaces for legal professionals using Lexiaa’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, defining interaction patterns, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and data. The role involves close collaboration with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and consistent with brand guidelines. The UI UX Designer will also participate in usability testing, refine design systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall user experience. Qualifications Strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, and usability evaluation. Proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with the ability to create clean, accessible, and consistent layouts. Experience creating wireframes and Mockups using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Understanding of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from discovery to final implementation. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive web design principles. Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience with B2B or workflow-focused products is a plus.
