POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Systems Analyst empowers and plays a role in every function of the business using their skills in process optimization, business automation, and data analysis. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Meeting with clients to understand business and systems requirements, documenting them, and translating them into functional and system requirement specifications that can be used by developers to build the solution and for testers to validate functionality Applying knowledge of systems and technology to enhance solutions and manage data quality Arranging backlog refinement, prioritizing/updating requirements, and writing quality, detailed user feedback Process optimization & identifying opportunities for automation Translate business requirements into functional specifications for RPA solutions Design optimized workflows using RPA tools (ex. UiPath) Data analysis using excel and BI tool Create and maintain documentation including process maps, manuals, and test plans Additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: English and Korean language skills are a strong asset 3+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst Experience with RPA platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information Strong with attention to detail and accuracy Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up Preferred Skills: Knowledge of data and experience with databases (SQL, etc.) Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ETL (SSIS) Cloud platform experience Note: This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000. Actual total compensation may include variable incentive pay. The determination of an applicant's base salary is based on the applicant's skills, competencies, location, and unique qualifications.
