Job summary
Responsibilities Handling of inquiries that need additional measures (e.g. modification kits, spare parts kits, additionally needed parts for major components …) from quotation to order completion Coordination and organization of offers to ensure customer satisfaction and to gain the related orders Follow-up of quotations and evaluation of reasons for orders not received Analysis of customers, market and competition in regards to customer needs and sales potential. Pro-active offering of customer service products based on analysis and customer needs and gaining related orders.
