The role involves providing technical expertise and quality management consultation to ensure laboratory processes remain compliant with regulatory requirements. You will lead in-function projects, conduct audits, and support the development of corrective actions to maintain high-quality diagnostic standards. Candidates must hold a College Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and possess current registration with CMLTO or CSMLS. A minimum of 3 years of discipline-specific laboratory experience and strong knowledge of quality systems are required.
