Key Responsibilities Assit in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses Assist in the monthly consolidation process and perform intercompany reconciliations Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers Support budgeting and forecasting processes while developing dashboards and KPIs to track business drivers Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for major balance sheet items Support audit requests and documentation preparation Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy Assist in system implementations or upgrades (ERP, reporting tools) Investigate and resolve A/R and A/P discrepancies by collaborating with sales and operations teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA designation (completed or in progress) preferred 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, etc.) is an asset Knowledge of US GAAP, taxes and regulations an asset Key competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefits Full health insurance plan (including medical, dental, and vision).
