Account Executive – Edmomton Full-Time | Sales | Lighting + Design Industry Are you passionate about sales? If you're ready to build a career in the sales and design world, this could be the opportunity you're looking for. LightForm is hiring a full-time Account Executive to join our Edmonton team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in design or lighting who wants to take their career to the next level. As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with interior designers, architects, engineers, builders, and homeowners to help bring their lighting visions to life. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through fixture selection and lighting plans, and helping them navigate technical and design decisions with confidence. What You’ll Be Doing: Building strong relationships with design professionals Delivering product presentations and lighting consultations (in person and virtually) Preparing estimates, negotiating quotes, and following through on orders with support from our internal team Visiting project sites and client offices (this is a field-based sales role) Staying current on design trends, lighting innovations, and product lines Representing LightForm at design events, trade shows, and client meetings What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing sales role (preferably in lighting, interiors, or design) Familiarity with architectural drawings and lighting layouts Strong communication and time-management skills Confident presenter with a good sense of design and spatial awareness Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Comfortable being on the road for sales visits (vehicle required) Degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, or Business (or equivalent experience) Why Join LightForm?
