Construction Workforce & Cultural Safety Manager

The manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and deploying the workforce across construction, development, and property management activities. They ensure workers are appropriately assigned based on skills and certifications while promoting a culturally safe and respectful workplace.

Finance Systems & Accounting Analyst

The role supports accounting operations, financial reporting, and the transition to an upgraded Sage ERP environment. It involves managing month-end processes, preparing reconciliations, and developing management reporting tools to support organizational growth.

Heavy Equipment Operators (Junior & Senior)

Safely operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and dozers for various construction tasks. Perform daily equipment inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to site safety rules.

Labourers (Junior & Senior)

Perform physically demanding manual labor to support construction and civil works projects, including material handling and site setup. Assist tradespeople and equipment operators while maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to safety requirements.

Intermediate Forestry Technician

The Intermediate Forestry Technician is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring forestry and silviculture projects. This includes leading field crews, overseeing contractors, and managing wildfire suppression and fuel management efforts.
