Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Kinesiologist to join our growing team in Montreal. This is a part-time, in-home position focused on helping older adults maintain and improve their mobility, independence, and overall well-being through personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs. As a Kinesiologist at Limitless C.A.R.E., you will assess each client’s physical abilities, functional mobility, balance, strength, and movement patterns to develop individualized exercise plans tailored to their goals and needs. You will provide one-on-one sessions in clients’ homes using safe, evidence-based interventions that promote healthy aging, prevent falls, improve functional capacity, and support rehabilitation. All while having the luxury of designing your own schedule, and choosing your own hours. Working closely with clients and their families, you will provide education on physical activity, mobility, posture, and healthy lifestyle habits while creating a positive and encouraging environment. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client-centered care and adapt treatment plans based on each client’s progress and evolving needs. At Limitless C.A.R.E., you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional in-home care that empowers seniors to remain active in the comfort of their own homes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or a related field. Strong foundation in Kinesiology, with the ability to apply movement science to individualized senior care plans. Membership with the Fédération des kinésiologues du Québec (FKQ) or another relevant professional association is considered a strong asset. Knowledge of Medicine and Prevention principles to support safe exercise, fall prevention, and overall health promotion. Strong knowledge of functional movement assessment, exercise prescription, rehabilitation principles, and healthy aging. Experience working with older adults, or chronic disease in clinical settings, rehabilitation care centers, community health environments, or in-home care settings. Knowledge of fall prevention strategies, injury prevention, and evidence-based exercise interventions for seniors. Ability to perform in-home visits in Montreal, QC, including travel between client locations; valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams. Capacity to work independently, manage schedules responsibly, and uphold high standards of ethics, safety, and confidentiality. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is strongly preferred.
