Quality Assurance Reviewer (5 months contract) Paris, ON, Canada | req32077 The QA Associate is responsible for a variety of duties related to the safe filling, quality assurance, and shipment of gas mixtures and pure gases. What you will enjoy doing* You’ll ensure high-quality gases are produced safely and on time, meeting both customer needs and all internal and regulatory quality standards Handle completion and accurate filing of quality control documents and proper labeling of compressed gas cylinders Analyze mixed gases and pure gases using techniques like gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy to measure concentrations and contaminants Respond to customer questions about delivery times, product specifications, and packaging details Follow company systems to inspect and test incoming materials, in-process products, and final products to maintain quality Make sure all analyses comply with Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company procedures Review and approve fill logs, test records, and certificates of analysis to confirm everything meets requirements before release Investigate any customer complaints or product issues, then determine and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Take immediate action if any product doesn’t meet specifications to maintain safety and quality Maintain medical records properly, review instrument maintenance logs, control medical labels, and support instrument installation and method development What makes you great* You’ll need a degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or something similar Being safety conscious is really important in this role, so you’ll always keep that top of mind Attention to detail matters a lot, and you should be comfortable prioritizing your work to stay on track Strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you work well with the team and across departments You should be familiar with word processing and spreadsheet software since you’ll use those regularly The job involves some physical work like cylinder filling and analysis, so being able to handle those demands is key Lastly, you’ll thrive by working positively within a team environment, helping everyone succeed together Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company.
