The Digital Merchandising Specialist will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management, merchandising, and optimization of our Canadian and US ecommerce websites. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Digital Marketing and partnering with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Development, you will execute product launches, optimize onsite experiences, support CRO initiatives, and ensure our products are presented effectively across our digital storefront. This is a hands-on role that combines creative merchandising, analytics, and ecommerce execution. You'll focus on continuously optimizing the website experience and helping create a seamless customer journey from discovery through checkout, while maintaining a best-in-class ecommerce experience across our Canadian and US websites. RESPONSIBILITIES Ecommerce Merchandising & Site Management Own daily website merchandising across Lisa Gozlan’s Shopify Plus websites (Canada & US) Execute product launches, collection updates, navigation changes, filters, badges, sorting, and onsite content updates Optimize collection pages and product detail pages to improve discoverability and conversion Ensure all products are accurately merchandised, including product information, imagery, variants, pricing, and inventory messaging Support seasonal and campaign-based site merchandising initiatives aligned with business goals Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to execute homepage takeovers, landing pages, promotions, and digital campaigns Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Execute on the ecommerce testing roadmap focused on improving conversion rate, customer experience, and revenue Analyze customer behavior, website performance, and test results to identify optimization opportunities Support the implementation of website improvements alongside internal teams and development partners Use tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Crazy Egg, and other ecommerce platforms to understand customer behavior and inform recommendations Monitor key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, AOV, revenue per session, and product performance SEO Support Support ongoing onsite SEO across product, collection, and content pages Optimize product and collection page content, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking Identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and product discoverability Support SEO best practices as part of ongoing website merchandising and content updates Reporting & Analytics Track and report on website performance, merchandising initiatives, and testing results Translate ecommerce data into actionable insights and recommendations Support monthly ecommerce reporting and performance reviews QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, website management, or a related role Experience with Shopify Plus, GA4, and ecommerce analytics platforms Experience managing multi-market ecommerce websites (CA/US) Working knowledge of onsite SEO Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and build reports Understanding of ecommerce best practices, customer journey optimization, and CRO Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ecommerce data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations Experience tracking ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and product performance Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
