Job summary
The Owner and Member Services Agent is responsible for ensuring that general membership and reservation inquiries are answered and will also ensure that our guests enjoy exceptional customer service and memorable experiences when visiting our properties. DUTIES INCLUDE: * Answer all incoming reservations calls & emails * Meeting with members and owners to assist them with their membership questions * Vacation planning with clients * Processing payments, filing * Work closely with other teammates to best serve guests and members at the resort * Data Entry * Replenishing office stock photocopies and owner kits * Collaborate with reservations department, sales associates, front desk staff, maintenance department, and housekeeping teams from time to time to resolve / improve guest experience * Attend any additional training offered by the resort * Perform all other day to day tasks requested by the Management QUALIFICATIONS • Computer literacy in MS Windows, Excel, Email • Positive, hardworking attitude • Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Time management skills • Impeccable attention to details • Must be able to maintain standards and focus under variable conditions • Professional attitude and appearance at all times WORKING CONDITIONS • Lots of help, caring, coaching and support • Positive, hectic work environment at times • Must be able to sit for an average of 8 hours per shift
