Job Details LMIA Status: Pending LMIA CVC Lanaudière has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved. Languages Bilingual Education No degree, certificate or diploma Experience 2 years to less than 3 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Outdoors Cold/refrigerated Hot Work setting Golf course Recreational facility/institution Hotel, motel, resort Tasks Assist clients on and off amusement park rides and secure and release safety belts and bars Operate ski lifts Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment Schedule events, programs and activities Determine snow quality Monitor equipment to detect wear and damage Set up and operate air/water snow gun Clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds Monitor snow making operation Assist patrons on and off rides Secure and release safety belts and bars Shut down snow making plant Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations Operate snowmobiles Operate all-terrain vehicles (ATV) Operate 4-wheel drive vehicles Check motor room equipment, gear boxes, carriage and tension systems for safe operation Assist clients on and off ski lifts Arrange for maintenance and repair work Assist clients/guests with special needs Provide customer service Security and safety Criminal record check Transportation/travel information Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Attention to detail Bending, crouching, kneeling Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Judgement Reliability Team player Initiative Financial benefits Night shift premium Other Benefits Free parking available On-site amenities On-site housing options Paid time off (volunteering or personal days)
