The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of medications while ensuring adequate inventory levels and patient counseling. They also supervise staff, manage department finances, and drive operational success through community engagement and excellent customer service. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license. A minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience and strong leadership skills are required.
