They must also manage inventory, counsel patients, and maintain high standards of customer service across various pharmacy locations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be licensed to provide patient care in Ontario (OCP). A valid driver's license with a clean abstract is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
