Provide high-quality customer service by offering information on local attractions, events, and services to visitors and residents. Manage retail duties using an EPOS system and handle the administration and booking of guided city tours.

Temporary Accommodation Resettlement Officer

Provide day-to-day housing management for the Council's temporary accommodation and support families under the government resettlement scheme. Deliver low-level support to ensure residents are tenancy ready for independent living and conduct regular health and safety visits.
