Standard Job Description Technical Change Coordination and Oversight team on the River-Class Destroyer (RCD) Project requires a Co-op to oversee a collection of pending changes through the Technical Change workflow. The main responsibility of technical change team is to ensure that approved changes are embodied and excecuted according to defined processes. This requires individuals with technical expertise and tools to assist in the tracking and organization of a very complex set of data. In the current stage of the program the focus is on wrapping up outstanding changes. The candidate will participate in engineering activities including but not limited to: Tracking and reporting change information across teams Developing engineering processes Working with senior systems engineers to progress change towards final implementation Develop software tools using Python and/or database techniques Basic Qualifications Current student in a STEM or Business program Eligibility for NATO Secret clearance Candidate available for 4 months starting January 2027 Desired Skills Experience developing metrics using various software tools including Tableau, Python and SQL Aptitude for data analysis, formal data analaysis training is a bonus Relavent Technical understanding I.E. Naval Ships, Defence programs, Configuartion Management Active NATO Secret Security Clearance
