Standard Job Description The candidate will participate in a structured cooperative educational/work program between the company and a college/university student enrolled in an accredited degree program directly related to skills required by the company. Candidate will perform assigned tasks in Systems Engineering field related to the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Project, specifically the systems engineering Under Water Warfare (UWW) Integrated Product Team (IPT) involved in general coordination and engineering process management. This Will Include UWW Requirements engineering Support UWW Sensor and/or Weapons design activities UWW Systems Engineering problem solving related to ship design Working in an Agile team environment. Basic Qualifications Current student in a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) field Aptitude for working well in teams Available for four months starting January 2026 Eligibility for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret clearance in a timely manner. Desired Skills Active security clearance will be considered an asset Previous experience working in the marine industry an asset.

Requirements

Applicants must be current STEM students eligible for NATO Secret clearance and available for a four-month term starting January 2026. Previous experience in the marine industry or an active security clearance is considered an asset.
