Purchasing & Supplier Management Manage purchasing activities and inventory replenishment. Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships. Negotiate pricing, programs, and purchasing agreements. Monitor supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities. Inventory & Planning Work closely with Inventory Control to optimize stock levels. Monitor inventory investment, turnover, and product availability. Support forecasting and purchasing strategies to meet business needs. Analysis & Reporting Analyze purchasing, inventory, and sales trends. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Leadership & Collaboration Partner with Product Management, Operations, Distribution, and Finance teams. Lead purchasing initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts. Provide guidance and support to purchasing team members. Do You Fit the Part? 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with ERP systems and purchasing processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence business decisions. Ability to mentor, coach, and support team development while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. Preferred Attributes Automotive aftermarket, retail, or distribution industry experience. Experience with forecasting and inventory management. Power BI or reporting tool knowledge.
