Retail Planogram Specialist Location: Port Coquitlam, BC (Head Office) Position Summary The Retail Planogram Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing planograms that maximize sales, improve the customer shopping experience, and ensure consistent product presentation across all store locations. This role works closely with Merchandising, Purchasing, Operations, Store Managers, and vendors to ensure product assortments, fixtures, signage, and pricing are accurately represented and implemented. Do You Fit the Part? · 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising, category management, planogram development, or a related field. · Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. · Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. · Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Experience with planogram or retail space planning software is considered an asset. · Experience in automotive, hardware, retail, or warehouse distribution environments is preferred. · Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field is considered an asset.
