About The Opportunity We are seeking a high-caliber Customer Success Specialist, SaaS to manage and scale our high-volume account portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our small-to-medium enterprise accounts, focusing on reactive problem-solving, product optimization, and client education. This position bridges the gap between client support and strategic relationship management, offering a definitive career path toward proactive account growth. This software company is 100% remote-friendly and will consider qualified candidates residing across Canada. Duties include but are not limited to: Portfolio Management: Drive engagement and retention across a large-scale account base, ensuring prompt, high-quality resolution of inquiries. Technical Collaboration: Partner with Technical Support teams to efficiently diagnose software challenges, document user issues, and manage escalations. Onboarding & Enablement: Facilitate structured onboarding and deliver educational resources (such as webinars and training assets) to accelerate user proficiency and self-sufficiency. Product Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies, advise clients on best practices, and introduce relevant features to increase platform adoption. Cross-Functional Advocacy: Synthesize and funnel client feedback, feature requests, and pain points to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to inform product development. About You The successful candidate will have the following: Experience: 2+ years of professional experience within SaaS, enterprise software, or CRM environments. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical architecture simply. Operational Agility: Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities; comfortable navigating a high volume of concurrent client requests. Business Acumen: A solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business objectives to align product capabilities with client goals. Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to execute independently in a fully remote environment.
