Role Description We are looking for Tandem Java Specialist with Primary Responsibilities Provide Level 2Level 3 support for critical Capital Markets Treasury Payments Processing Settlement and Reconciliation applications running on HP NonStop platforms Perform handson development enhancement troubleshooting and maintenance of ATLAS applications Ensure stability availability and performance of businesscritical transaction processing systems operating in a highavailability environment Analyze and resolve production incidents service disruptions and application performance issues within defined SLAs Collaborate with business users operations teams architects and engineering teams to identify and implement application and infrastructure improvements Participate in root cause analysis RCA activities and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents Support application deployments releases and environment upgrades across development testing and production environments HP NonStop Platform Administration Support Administer and support HP NonStop systems ensuring high availability and operational resilience Utilize TACL FUP SCF OSS SQLMP SQLMX and Enscribe databases for system administration troubleshooting and performance optimization Monitor system health capacity and performance of NonStop environments Support DSMSCM activities including software deployment version control and change management Work with SSHW teams to maintain operating system currency and implement recommended HPE NonStop SPRs and critical patches Participate in infrastructure maintenance system upgrades hardware refreshes and disaster recovery activities Database Storage Management Support database creation configuration maintenance and optimization for application and infrastructure requirements Manage SQLMX SQLMP and Enscribe database environments to ensure data integrity availability and performance Assist in implementing database replication and synchronization solutions across NonStop and external environments Support storage planning disk sizing backup strategies data retention recovery testing and restoration activities Coordinate with infrastructure and automation teams for storage housekeeping and saveabend file management Communications Middleware Support Support and maintain communication subsystems and network connectivity within the NonStop environment Configure and troubleshoot SSH SSL and secure communication protocols Manage and support WebSphere MQ for NonStop integrations and message flows Support Secure DPS comForte configurations and secure transaction processing requirements Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure reliable connectivity and compliance standards Monitoring Automation Operations Support implementation and maintenance of monitoring and ing solutions for applications and infrastructure Configure and maintain automated batch processing job scheduling and operational workflows Partner with automation and monitoring teams to enhance operational visibility and incident detection Participate in infrastructure and application health reviews and capacity planning activities Security Compliance Ensure compliance with PCI and organizational security requirements Support implementation of security controls access management encryption standards and audit requirements Participate in vulnerability remediation compliance reviews and security assessments Development Integration Develop and maintain utilities scripts and automation solutions using Java and Python within the OSS environment Support integration of NonStop applications with enterprise platforms and external systems Contribute to application modernization and process improvement initiatives Stakeholder Management Liaise with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and resolve production issues Work closely with architecture engineering infrastructure and vendor teams to deliver support and enhancement initiatives Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members and operations staff Prepare technical documentation operational procedures and support runbooks OnCall Operational Support Participate in 24x7 production support rotations including evenings weekends and oncall coverage Support incident problem and change management processes Ensure rapid response and recovery for highpriority business incidents impacting critical payment and treasury operations

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for critical Capital Markets Treasury payment and settlement applications on HP NonStop platforms. Perform hands-on development, system administration, and database management to ensure high availability and performance.

Requires expertise in HP NonStop platform administration, including TACL, SQLMX, and Enscribe databases. Proficiency in Java and Python for developing utilities and automation within the OSS environment is necessary.
