Build supplier partnerships, position the department for major projects, establish short-, medium-, and long-term plans, and maintain training tools for the sales force.

Conduct scheduled operational audits and inventory checks at branches across Quebec, Ontario, and Atlantic Canada, and verify branch transactions in company systems. Support branch and head-office users, maintain operational records and statistical dashboards, and assist with branch openings, relocations, management transitions, and special projects.
