Migrate Informatica PowerCentre v10.2 ETL code including embedded SQL and PL/SQL code developed using Oracle 11g and 19c Test migrated embedded SQL code and PL/SQL based Stored Procedures. Performance-tune and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve ETL issues, including performance tuning and recovery to achieve optimum baseline-based performance Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into data warehouses (star/snowflake schemas). Translate technical specifications into fully tested applications and data pipelines. Skill Set Requirements: Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience with: Data warehousing design and development with focus on extracting, transforming data coming from various data sources and loading into star/snowflake schemas Design, build, automate and optimize complex data ETL/ELT processes using PL/SQL and equivalent Writing complex procedures/pkg/views/scripts to do data de-normalization, data extraction, data transformation(cleansing), and data loading. Public Sector Experience: Experience working with inter-jurisdiction projects between federal/provincial/municipal governments Knowledge of the provincial Environmental services and the legislative framework that governs the data Experience with data migration and integration of with different Environmental systems Knowledge of Public Sector and Enterprise Architecture artifacts (or similar), processes and practices, and ability to produce technical documentation that comply with industry-standard practices Experience adopting and adhering to public sector Unified I&IT Project Methodology, OPS Enterprise Architecture and Public sector Gating process, and public Sector Standard Systems Development Methodologies.

Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using Informatica Cloud and PL/SQL to migrate and optimize data pipelines. Perform data extraction and loading into star/snowflake schemas while ensuring scalability and high performance.

Requires over 5 years of experience in data warehousing, advanced SQL, and cloud technologies like Azure. Candidates must have expertise in Oracle databases and experience working within public sector frameworks.
