The Service Attendant is responsible for safely moving and parking vehicles between the service drive and repair shop. They also perform vehicle preparation tasks such as washing and vacuuming while maintaining an organized service lot.

Key Responsibilities Vehicle Movement: Drive and park cars safely between the service drive, parking stalls, and repair shop. Vehicle Prep & Cleaning: Wash exterior surfaces, vacuum interiors, and clean windows to make cars customer-ready. Customer Service & Greeting: Welcome drivers in the service lane, log basic vehicle info (mileage, tag number, existing damage), and manage keys. Lot Organization: Keep service car lots neat, organized, and properly displayed according to dealership standards.
