Some of What You'll Do in this Role Includes: Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Manage daily AP processing from start to finish, including invoice entry, vendor follow-ups, and building positive relationships with suppliers. Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and credit cards to ensure our financial records stay accurate and up to date. Timecard Monitoring: Oversee uAttend daily for missed timecard punches, following up directly with team members to resolve gaps and keep payroll running smoothly. You Should Have the Following in Your Background to Apply: Accounting Background: Educational foundation or practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable. Sage Experience: Hands-on experience navigating Sage software. Problem-Solving Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication. Bonus Points!
