Madison Taylor Design is a multidisciplinary design firm providing architectural, landscape architecture, interior design, furniture & decorating, and construction services across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We're implementing EOS® company-wide and are looking for a senior operational leader who understands that great operations exist to enable great people — not to replace creativity with process. About the Role Lead the operational performance of our Design Department (~15–20 professionals across Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, and Furniture & Decorating) — roughly half of our 40-person team. This is not a traditional PM or Studio Manager role; it's a senior leadership position responsible for resource planning, EOS® implementation, systems building, and accountability across four disciplines. Year one is a build-out year: establishing the Scorecards, Measurables, and Core Processes that will run the department going forward. Reports to: Integrator (senior operating leader) Location: Midhurst, ON — on-site with hybrid flexibility Type: Full-time Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base DOE, plus up to $20,000 performance bonus (Year 1: build milestones; Year 2+: Measurables/Rocks). Total potential up to $130,000. Hiring now — rolling applications. What You'll Do Own resource/capacity planning and forecasting across the department • Build and monitor Scorecards, Measurables, and Core Processes • Support EOS® implementation (Rocks, Issues, Level 10 Meetings) • Improve visibility into project health, fee performance, and profitability • Lead PM software, dashboards, and reporting tool adoption • Evaluate AI/automation opportunities to reduce admin work What You Bring • 15+ years in operations, PM, AEC, or professional services • Experience building (not just running) operational systems • Strong grasp of resource planning, KPIs, and project economics • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or HubSpot • EOS® experience a significant asset • AEC/design industry experience an asset, but not required To Apply: Send resume + brief cover letter to lindsey@madisontaylordesign.com with an example of an operational system you've built or improved.
