Position Summary Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga has a great opportunity for a Quality Management System Coordinator. This position is responsible to support Quality Management System and coordinate on-site and off-site quality related action plans. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Vacancy Reason: Replacement Essential Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor QMS implementation and compliance across on-site and off-site locations, ensuring alignment with established quality requirements and processes. Coordinate the implementation of quality-related action plans with cross-functional stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive the timely resolution and closure of outstanding items. Work with MRB and Internal Audit action owners to improve related KPIs Assist in the development, preparation, and maintenance of QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and supporting quality records. Maintain the Training, Qualification and Accreditation program in accordance with applicable Transport Canada and DND requirements. Analyze quality data and prepare quality presentations, reports, and performance summaries for management and quality review meetings. Support Quality and Flight Safety investigations Perform other QA related tasks as needed. Position Requirements Relevant College/Engineering Diploma or equivalent Aerospace Quality experience. Preferably 2 or more years of experience in aerospace environment. Working knowledge of AS9100 and Transport Canada Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs) requirements. Understanding of quality procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation Ability to support QMS implementation and continuous improvement Knowledge of Nonconformance and NCR/MRB processes Understanding Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/ Preventive action methodologies. Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements, drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of QMS documentation and maintenance Strong coordinating skills Quality data management skills Excellent written & oral communication skills Why Magellan?
