We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized *Front Desk Receptionist* to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities * *Client Relations:* Greet incoming clients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond promptly to messages. * *Scheduling & Cashier Duties:* Manage appointment bookings using our salon scheduling software, check out clients, and process payments accurately. * *Shop Maintenance:* Perform light daily cleaning and tidy up common areas to keep the salon spotless and inviting. * *Service Inquiries:* Assist clients with general questions regarding our menu of services. Qualifications & Requirements * *Nail Care Knowledge:* Basic understanding of nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, etc.). * *Transportation:* Must have reliable transportation to our Fall River location. * *Tech-Savvy:* Comfortable using computer software for booking appointments and processing transactions. * *Soft Skills:* Strong communication, excellent time management, and a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced setting.
