The Role We are looking for an Assistant Director who is passionate about early learning and ready to support our team in delivering high-quality care and programming every day. The Assistant Director supports the Executive Director in leading the centre’s programs and staff. This role combines on-floor leadership and program oversight with mentoring, curriculum support, and licensing compliance. As a hands-on leader, the Assistant Director models high-quality early learning practices and provides day-to-day guidance to educators. What You’ll Do Support program planning, evaluation, and reflective practice Provide mentorship, coaching, and supervision to educators Ensure programs align with Manitoba’s Early Learning Curriculum Framework Support compliance with licensing and health and safety standards Maintain communication with families and assist with administrative reporting as needed Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that promotes professional growth Why Work With Us?
