The Child Care Assistant is responsible for the care and education of children while delivering Métis-specific programming. They must also maintain a safe learning environment, handle emergencies, and assist with light housekeeping and cooking duties. Candidates must hold a recognized 40-hour child care course and have at least one year of relevant experience. A valid First Aid/CPR certification, a clean criminal record check, and a valid driver's license are also required.
