Roles & Responsibilities / Job Duties Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating Mills, Lathes, and EDM machines Required experience of a minimum of 5 years of CNC Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam, Hypermill, & Esprit) Benefits Competitive wages up to $35.00/hour, wages are based on experience Health / dental insurance Overtime opportunities Deferred Profit Share Program (DPSP) On-site parking Apply to this Job
What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must have at least five years of CNC experience and strong mechanical knowledge, including hands-on experience with mills, lathes, and EDM machines. Proficiency in CNC programming and familiarity with CAD software such as Mastercam, Hypermill, or Esprit are required.
