About The Role This position plays a key role in supporting our golf business across Nova Scotia, PEI, and New Brunswick. You’ll work closely with golf course teams to ensure they have the parts, guidance, and support they need to keep their equipment running reliably throughout the season. What You’ll Do Coordinate parts orders and shipping to locations or directly to golf courses Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide guidance on parts selection and inventory planning Support offseason outreach for parts and inspection needs Assist with service requests, repairs, and warranty claims Maintain accurate equipment and service records Collaborate with service and operations teams Promote products and solutions that meet customer needs Occasionally travel for onsite visits, fleet builds, and equipment support What You Bring Experience with golf equipment (operation or mechanical knowledge is an asset) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfort managing phone and email inquiries Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Basic understanding of parts and machinery Ability to learn systems such as the John Deere Parts Catalog A team-oriented approach and strong attention to detail What We Offer Full-time employment Competitive compensation package, including salary, family health benefits and company pension plan, boot & tool allowance, Apprenticeship Top-up Program, Employee Recognition Program, online healthcare and Employee Assistance Program Opportunities for advancement within a progressive organization Apply today Ready to tee it up?
