Job summary

Ensures Future Choice communications and workflows align with P&P standards, are operationally viable, and are fully vetted before implementation. Acts as the bridge between Business/Product design and P&P execution, preventing rework, reducing complexity, and enabling scalable, future-ready outputs. Position Responsibilities: Review and validate Future Choice communication designs and workflows against P&P standards. Assess operational feasibility before implementation; identify production, vendor, timing, and volume constraints. Promote standard templates, reuse, and reduced variation. Advocate for digital-first design where feasible; communicate internal system constraints. Prevent downstream rework, bottlenecks, and fragmentation. Required Qualifications: Deep experience in print/mail production, communications, or document workflows. Strong understanding of the end-to-end communication lifecycle (design > production > delivery). Experience with transformation initiatives or platform migrations (e.g., Future Choice / SmartComm) an asset. SYSTEMS / TOOLS Future Choice / communication design platforms P&P production and vendor systems (as applicable) P&P INDUSTRY PREREQUISITES & OPERATING PRINCIPLES Industry Knowledge: Print/Post foundations, finance & job-costing, materials & inventory, data/billing/reconciliation, compliance & data privacy, digital adoption, continuity & backup, and SLA & delivery performance— calibrated to the role’s domain. No Touch Workflow — a bias toward automation; minimize manual handling, assembly, and rework. Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
