Your Mission Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding Merlo’s presence in the industrial sector by acquiring new customers, growing market share, and delivering equipment solutions that help clients move materials more efficiently, safely, and profitably. What You'll Do Hunt for new business: Identify, cold call, and close industrial clients — warehouses, manufacturers, logistics companies, and more. Own your territory: Build a structured daily game plan and get in front of decision-makers where operations happen. Sell smarter: Deliver business cases that clearly show cost savings, productivity improvements, and safety benefits of switching to Merlo. Be a trusted advisor: Understand operational bottlenecks and provide tailored material handling solutions. Stay informed: Keep sharp on competitor offers, market shifts, and pricing to sell strategically and stay ahead. What You Bring Business development expertise – you’re a door-opener, relationship builder, and value-seller. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, material handling, or a comparable B2B sales environment. Strong cold-calling and territory development skills. Proven ability to hit and exceed quotas in a competitive landscape. Self-starter mentality with relentless energy and a growth mindset.
