The Successful Applicant Must Maintain the stock room for the right item at the right location along with receiving stock. Receive parts on a daily basis. Conduct all required cycle counts and keep track of the material receipt with shipping. Source the materials as required by Maintenance supervisor. Issue PO’s to the Maintenance Purchaser. Maintain and locate parts, follow standard operating procedures. Backup for various coordinator tasks when necessary. Adhere to all food safety, health & safety, HACCP, WHMIS and good manufacturing practices guidelines and applicable statues and procedures. Monitor all parts beings used by trades. Apply mechanically inclined skills Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft office. Use SAP system, experience with SAP is an asset, will provide training.
