Intermediate Project Manager (ICI Construction) Maple Reinders Constructors is currently seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, with exposure to complex ICI projects and experience in markets such as Food and Beverage, Defense, and Recreation Centers considered an asset. As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to manage exciting Building projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do. Along with their team, our Project Managers define the schedule; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained. You will have the overall responsibility for the success of the project supported by a strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees. With your strong business sense, you will be empowered to run your project as your own small business with the support of management and other project teams. Manage ICI construction projects valued between $5M and $50M, ensuring goals are met through effective scheduling and communication. Lead project teams and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while mentoring junior staff.

Requires at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor in the construction industry. A university degree or technology diploma in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
